No. .. The reason you load a ceiling is to equalize the voltage in the cap than your cable. When a cap is exhausted, it is essentially a dead short. This means that if you tried plugging the cord into your car there would be a difference of 12 volts. This means a big spark when touching both. When you load you bring the tension of the capsule to the same thing as power cord. Anyway you have to load it. You will always have a big spark, if you tried to load it on a spare battery. This is not only dangerous but also bad for the terminals on your car. Also, if you load it on a spare battery, then disconnect you need to recharge again anyway. Get a small light or even bulp resistance will work. The only drawback with a resistance is you do not know when the cap is fully charged. Good luck!
